A. Processing of personal data when using the registration form
If you use the option to register, I will work with your contact details that you provide to me through the registration form.
These are:
- Name and surname
- Email address
For what purpose?
For the purposes of verified user registration and for the possibility of contacting you when changing/canceling an event for which you are registered.
On what legal basis do I process personal data?
This is processing based on Art. 6 para. 1 letter b) GDPR - fulfillment of my legal obligation.
How long will I process personal data?
I will process your data for a maximum of 10 years from your last login.
B. Newsletters
If you have not prohibited us from doing so during registration, we may use your email address to send our newsletters.
On what legal basis?
This is allowed by § 7 para. 3 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, if you have not prohibited me from doing so during registration.
How long will I process personal data?
10 years from your last login. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time by email to: [email protected].
II. Who will access the data?
Your data will remain with me. However, some companies or other persons work for me and will access the data because they help me with the operation of the website.
These are:
- email service provider (Seznam.cz, a.s., Mailjet)
Your personal data may also be accessed by these other entities:
- server provider where the website runs (DigitalOcean™ Inc.)
I process personal data only within the European Union.
III. What else you should know
I do not have an appointed data protection officer.
I do not make decisions based on automated processing or profiling.

The GDPR regulation gives you, among other things, the right to contact me and ask for information about what personal data I process, to request access to this data and have it updated or corrected, or to request restriction of processing, you can request a copy of processed personal data, request deletion of personal data in certain situations, and in certain cases you have the right to data portability. An objection can be raised against processing based on legitimate interest.
If you think I am not handling the data properly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, or to take your claims to court.
