Fellow Magicians,

if you thought you could avoid the barrage of new Wizard cards this holiday season, you're out of luck! There's a big new edition full of anthropomorphic woodland critters: bats, birds, frogs, reptiles, mice, otters, rabbits, raccoons, rats, and squirrels.

So, in a week we are going to have a prerelease of the new edition, and since the word is the word, this time for the first time in new premises - in Budějovice boardgame club DEKL in Jeronýmova Street.

The club managed to negotiate an exception to the usual rules, there will be no extra entry fees for playing in these tournaments, so in terms of entry fees nothing will change for participants. And you can expect new rooms specifically for playing games, a fridge equipped with alcoholic and non-alcoholic refreshments and in the future the possibility to buy MtG products like boosters, covers or other accessories. In addition, there is a bonus for regular visitors, where registered club members will get future events cheaper. For more information, just contact one of the DEKL representatives at any tournament and they will be happy to give you the details.

To make matters worse, most of the limited play, i.e. drafts and sealeds, will be moved to DEKL in the future. Under the experienced guidance of the well-known Gabe, we believe that the quality of play will be well taken care of. We are especially hoping for new players from this change, as drafts in particular have not filled up more often than we would like with the last few editions. This will free up the Blood Moon team's hands a bit, as the drafts will be handled by DEKL and there will be more power to organize other events like Duels, Paupers or anything else. We'll start with those in September!
