Dear Blood Moon fans,

The Christmas holidays and New Year celebrations are behind us. So what now? What to do when the holidays are over, it's cold outside, and there's still not enough daylight? Get together with friends and play some Magic, of course! Blood Moon will of course support this, whether through its tournaments, Tuesday game nights, or perhaps discussions on Discord about what bombs will be coming out in Lorwyn. And what can we expect in 2026?

Wizards continues with a strong stream of new editions, whether in-universe or Beyond. The new year will kick off in mid-January with a return to Lorwyn during the eclipse, followed by the Ninja Turtles at the end of February and Strixhaven with its secrets in April. And as before, with each edition, there will be an opportunity to draft it on Tuesdays at Útes. And if you prefer prevka, you can play that too, organised by the brutal and wild Či Ken-Tauži at KMP!

Duels

Or we can try out how the new cards will fit into our Duel Commander decks! You can find the first few Budějovice Saturday duels in the Tournaments section. We list the dates as our time allows, and we try to avoid overlapping with national tournaments: The Grail Series has gained quite a few fans here who regularly participate in Prague tournaments, and the same is true for the Black Knight League – last year's Najáda League, which is getting a new look this year, the support of the Black Knight, and our Matouš is now involved in its organisation. The first tournament will take place on 7 February in Brno, so don't forget to mark your calendars!
